3. Account Registration and Use

4. User Code of Conduct

4.1 When using Suerabbit services, you should comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You may not use Suerabbit services to create, copy, publish, or disseminate information containing the following content:

4.1 使用彧兔服务时，您应遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规。您不得利用彧兔服务制作、复制、发布、传播含有下列内容的信息：

1. Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
3. Damaging national honor and interests;
4. Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
5. Undermining state religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstitions;
6. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
7. Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, homicidal, or terrorist content, or instigating crimes;
8. Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
9. Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

6. 散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
7. 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
8. 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
9. 含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的。

4.2 You may not engage in the following behaviors:

1. Using others' accounts without authorization;
2. Attempting to access Suerabbit's servers, databases, or accounts without authorization;
3. Using any automated tools (such as robots, crawlers, etc.) to access Suerabbit services;
4. Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of Suerabbit services;
5. Uploading or spreading viruses, malicious code, or other harmful programs;
6. Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests.

2. 未经授权试图访问彧兔服务器、数据库或账户的；
3. 使用任何自动化工具（如机器人、爬虫等）访问彧兔服务的；
4. 干扰或试图干扰彧兔服务正常运行的；
5. 上传或传播病毒、恶意代码或其他有害程序的；
6. 侵犯他人知识产权或其他合法权益的。

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights contained in Suerabbit services (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, code, designs, trademarks, etc.) belong to Suerabbit or its rights holders.

5.1 彧兔服务中包含的所有知识产权（包括但不限于文字、图片、音频、视频、软件、代码、设计、商标等）归彧兔或其权利人所有。

5.2 For content you publish on Suerabbit services, you should guarantee that you own the corresponding intellectual property rights or have obtained legal authorization. The content you publish grants Suerabbit a global, free, non-exclusive license to use.

5.2 对于您在兔服务上发布的内容，您应保证拥有相应的知识产权或已获得合法授权。您发布的内容授予彧兔一项全球性、免费、非独占的使用许可。

5.3 Without written permission from Suerabbit or relevant rights holders, you may not use, copy, modify, or disseminate the content in Suerabbit services in any form.

11.1 These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding the use of Suerabbit services and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
